    Article Snippet: After blocking with 10% normal serum for 1 hour, sections were incubated with primary antibodies against 78-kDa glucose-regulated protein (GRP78) and C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP), also known as growth arrest- and DNA damage-inducible gene 153 (GADD153) (Santa Cruz, Dallas, TX, USA), at 4°C overnight and 1:100 dilution.
